The approach

IT that works like part of your team.

Most small businesses run IT the hard way: whoever is most technical fixes things between their real work, and everything else waits until it breaks. We replace that with a team that already knows your systems, watches them around the clock, and answers when your people need help.

Every issue gets a ticket and gets tracked, so nothing slips. But it starts with a conversation with someone who knows your name and your network, not a form wall or a call center.

Already have an IT person? We work alongside internal staff all the time, taking on the monitoring, security, and projects they don't have hours for. That is co-managed IT.

What's included

What we take off your plate.

Unlimited remote help desk

Call, email, or start a remote session. A technician who knows your setup picks it up, and plan clients come first in the queue.

Onsite when you need hands

Hardware failures, new desks, office moves. A flat $100/hour for plan clients, with no trip charges in our service area.

24/7 monitoring and patching

Every managed computer is watched around the clock. Updates to Windows, macOS, and common apps are applied and verified for you.

Security on every device

Endpoint protection on every managed computer from day one, and 24/7 managed detection and response once you are on the Standard, so a threat gets contained even at 2 a.m.

People, accounts, and devices

New hires get accounts, email, and a ready computer on day one, and departing employees are locked out cleanly.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Mailboxes, licenses, sharing, and security settings administered for you. The Standard is built on Microsoft 365 Business Premium; we support Google Workspace too.

Vendor management

Internet providers, line-of-business software, printers, phones. We make the calls so you have one number for anything IT.

Business app support

Setup and troubleshooting for the software your team relies on every day, from accounting to scheduling.

Your client portal

See your tickets, requests, people, devices, and invoices in one place at portal.itenvy.com.

How it works

How we get you there.

  1. Free assessment

We look at what you have today, what is at risk, and what is costing you time. No obligation.

  2. The On-Ramp

Support and monitoring start right away while we learn your setup and build your game plan.

  3. Standardize

We roll out the IT Envy Standard step by step, each change scheduled with you. Your rate moves only when the work is live.

  4. Run it

From then on we monitor, patch, support, and plan ahead with you, and you hear from us before you hear about a problem.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. Managed IT is month-to-month. We would rather earn the next month than lock you in.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per user and per computer, fully itemized. New clients start on the On-Ramp at $35/user and $25/computer per month while we standardize their environment. See pricing for the full breakdown and a calculator.
We already have an IT person. Can you work with them?
Yes. Co-managed IT is common for us: we take on monitoring, security, or projects, and your person stays the go-to for the things they know best.
Can you just fix one thing without a plan?
Yes. One-off break-fix work is $150/hour with a one-hour minimum, remote or onsite. If we end up fixing the same thing twice, we will tell you a plan would probably cost less.
How do I get help when something breaks?
Call 775-460-2665, email Support@itenvy.com, or request remote support and chat with a technician who can connect to your computer once you approve it.
