• Account information: Email address and authentication credentials when you access our client portal.
• Support requests: Issue descriptions, screenshots, and diagnostic details you send us by phone, email, our client portal, or our remote support page.
• Managed devices: For clients on a managed plan, device health, inventory, patch, and security information collected by our monitoring and security tools, and remote support session records when you approve a session.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral sources, and navigation patterns.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
• Network information: IP address and approximate geographic location.

Our website and managed website services use Cloudflare for edge delivery, public release-object storage, and performance measurement; Railway to host our client portal and platform application; PostHog for cookieless event analytics; Clerk for authentication; Convex for application data and workflows; and Google Search Console for site ownership and search-performance data, as applicable. 4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and regular security assessments.

5. Data Retention

• Cookieless website event analytics: Our PostHog configuration targets retention of up to 90 days.
• Real-user performance analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics makes this data available for up to six months.
• Account data: Retained for the duration of your service agreement.
• Support data: Retained for the duration of our service relationship.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our client portal uses essential cookies for authentication. Public marketing pages use cookieless PostHog event analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure aggregate traffic and real-user performance. Our pages serve their own font files and make no requests to Google Fonts. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, session replay, or advertising profiles on those pages.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date.
